Our EAP team consists of master level clinicians with licensure and/or certification in their respective disciplines who provide EAP assessments, counseling, coaching and resource referral services. Lighthouse EAP clinicians are paneled with most major insurance companies and employees have the option to continue with their EAP clinician for clinical counseling should the employee need on-going services beyond EAP. Lighthouse EAP also has the ability to connect employees, when needed, to other clinical services such as psychiatry and psychology through Harbor or other service providers, based on individual choice.
