After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Toledo and a Master’s degree in Family Studies from Spring Arbor University, Latosha joined the Harbor Team in July 2011 as a Supervisor of Support Services. Since joining the Harbor team, Latosha has been a champion in the areas of Diversity and Inclusion, Client/Consumer Rights, and Health & Safety.
Prior to her current position, Latosha has led the Medical Records team and Access Center to improved effectiveness and efficiency within the departments, which improved customer service and accountability. As the Risk Management Manager, Latosha has led Health and Safety efforts throughout the agency keeping all clients, consumers and staff safe while on the premises.
In addition to the Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion and Risk Management role, Latosha is a part of the Quality Improvement team overseeing all Health & Safety efforts across the agency. She also provides strategic planning and leadership to improve the health equity of Harbor’s diverse population and local community using Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) as a guide.
