Jordan Dianda, MBA
Vice President of Team Resources, Facilities, Support and Access Services

Jordan Dianda is the Vice President of Team Resources, Facilities, Support and Access Services. He joined Harbor in 2017 and has held many key roles within Harbor including the role of Regional Director of Team Resources and Facilities.

Jordan started his career at Mercy Health System and quickly rose to a leadership role within their system. He also served as the Director of Human Resources at HCR ManorCare. During his time with HCR ManorCare he was instrumental in successfully removing agency staffing from his assigned clinics. In addition, he increased company-wide compliance initiatives. Jordan has previously sat on the Board of Directors of the Eastern Maumee Bay Chamber of Commerce, where he tasked with helping members businesses grow and prosper in the community.

Jordan earned his Bachelor’s in Psychology and Social Sciences from Lourdes University and Master of Business Administration from Tiffin University with a focus in Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Management. As the Vice President of Team Resources, Facilities, Support and Access Services, Jordan focuses on building a culture that engages all levels of the organization ensuring quality customer service and improving the well-being of both employees and patients.
