The Hiring Process

When you apply with Harbor, rest assured that a recruiter will review your application and resume within 48 hours.

What’s next? Glad you asked! If you meet the requirements, your resume will be forwarded to your hiring manager for review. Hiring managers review and select candidates generally within five days! If you are a top candidate and selected to be interviewed, you will hear directly from the hiring manager.

Once the hiring manager forwards their top choice candidate to the recruiters, you will hear back within 24 hours regarding an offer and what to expect of the onboarding process.
